Last Modified Date: July 13, 2020 Acceptance of the Terms of Service/Terms of Use The following terms of service and terms of use, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively referred to as “Terms of Service“), govern your access to and use of LoATraffic.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, ours” and/or “Law of Attraction Traffic“), including any content, functionality and services offered on or through Law of Attraction Traffic. These Terms of Service apply to our website, web pages, interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social networks, or other online or wireless offerings that post a link to these Terms of Service, whether accessed via computer, mobile device or other technology, manner or means. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use Law of Attraction Traffic. By accessing or using Law of Attraction Traffic or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, found at https://loatraffic.com/privacy-policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Law of Attraction Traffic. You consent to entering these Terms electronically, and to storage of records related to these Terms in electronic form. When using Law of Attraction Traffic, you shall be subject to any posted rules, community guidelines, or policies. Such rules, guidelines, and policies are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on LoATraffic.com, you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not understand what is being conveyed on this page, you should consult an attorney before agreeing to any of the Terms contained herein. Ability to Accept Terms of Service You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction you are accessing Law of Attraction Traffic from, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 or the applicable age of majority, you are not permitted to submit personal information to us or use Law of Attraction Traffic. Changes to the Terms of Service We may modify or revise these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms of Service, you are expected to periodically review the most up-to-date version found at http://loatraffic.com/terms.php, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of Law of Attraction Traffic thereafter. The updated version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon being posted, and the prior version(s) shall have no continuing legal effect. If you do not review new terms as posted, then you agree that you have waived your right to do so, and you are therefore bound by the updated conditions, even if you failed to review the new ones. You are on notice of changes, and your failure to review the amended terms is your own omission. By continuing to use Law of Attraction Traffic subsequent to us making available an amended version of these Terms of Service, you thereby acknowledge, agree to and consent to such amendment. SECTION ONE: About Law of Attraction Traffic Law of Attraction Traffic contains links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Law of Attraction Traffic. You understand and acknowledge that when using Law of Attraction Traffic, you will be exposed to content from a variety of sources, and that Law of Attraction Traffic is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such content. Law of Attraction Traffic has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. While we do our best to screen and monitor sites being promoted on our website, there is a risk of prohibited sites being missed or inadvertently overlooked. We encourage all of our members to utilize our site's Report feature to report any links, websites, banners and advertisements that go against our Terms of Service. With that being said, you further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Law of Attraction Traffic with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold Law of Attraction Traffic, their Owner, their Admins, their parent company, their respective affiliates, licensors, service providers, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of Law of Attraction Traffic. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any third party site, applications, software, content or advertising does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by Law of Attraction Traffic. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to Law of Attraction Traffic, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites. Further, you agree to release Law of Attraction Traffic, it's Owner and Admins, from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party websites, content, service, or software accessed through the Law of Attraction Traffic website. Your communications or dealings with, or participation in promotions of, sponsors, advertisers, or other third parties found through Law of Attraction Traffic, are solely between you and such third parties. You agree that Law of Attraction Traffic shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings with such sponsors, third parties or advertisers, or as the result of their presence on the Law of Attraction Traffic website. SECTION TWO: Member Account Accounts registered on Law of Attraction Traffic are nontransferable and cannot be given away, borrowed, rented or sold. When you join Law of Attraction Traffic, your IP address is recorded. Unless you have received prior permission from the Owner of Law of Attraction Traffic or one of the Admins, you may only register for one Law of Attraction Traffic account. If you have any questions or issues signing up, contact us for assistance. Upon registering an account on Law of Attraction Traffic, it is a condition of your use of our website that all the information you provide on Law of Attraction Traffic is true, accurate, correct, current and complete. Providing misleading or false information will result in your account being suspended or deleted, and possible legal action against you, if warranted. You agree to being the sole user of your account, treating your login information as confidential and not disclosing it to any other person or entity. Allowing other people to use your account, including but not limited to surfing and/or advertising, is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username. You also agree to ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. Although Law of Attraction Traffic will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Law of Attraction Traffic or others due to such unauthorized use. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security by contacting us. If you no longer wish to be a member of Law of Attraction Traffic, you must delete your account. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed or undone. Any unused credits, account balance or unclaimed commissions will be forfeited upon account deletion. SECTION THREE: Bounced Emails and Autoresponders The email address you use with Law of Attraction Traffic cannot be associated with or attached to an autoresponder. If we receive an autoresponder message from your email address, your Law of Attraction Traffic account will be immediately suspended. The use of Boxbe or other similar service is also prohibited. Furthermore, if emails sent from Law of Attraction Traffic to your email address are blocked or returned as undeliverable for any reason, your account will be suspended. SECTION FOUR: Emails From Law of Attraction Traffic By joining Law of Attraction Traffic, you agree to receive site updates, account updates, newsletters, announcements, offers and promotions from us. Please add LoATraffic@loatraffic.com to your contact list within your email provider inbox and also mark our email as 'Not Spam' if you should see any in your bulk/spam folder. This will ensure you receive any communication from us regarding your account, your commissions and any site updates. Rest assured, we never spam our members! To stop receiving emails from Law of Attraction Traffic, you will need to login and delete your account. SECTION FIVE: Content Posted by Users Law of Attraction Traffic may contain forums, chat rooms, personal social profiles and other interactive features that allow users to upload, post, create, submit, publish, make available, send, share, communicate, display or transmit to other members or other persons content, data, information, audio and video content, photos, textual content and other materials, including but not limited to, graphics, messages, comments and memberships provided, offered, posted or otherwise contributed on or through Law of Attraction Traffic. You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of posting, uploading, publishing transmitting or otherwise making available your content on Law of Attraction Traffic. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any content you submit or contribute, and you, not Law of Attraction Traffic, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness. We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other member of Law of Attraction Traffic. All content you submit must comply with the content standards set out in these Terms of Use. SECTION SIX: Advertising on Law of Attraction Traffic Before submitting a link or URL to Law of Attraction Traffic, please read these terms very carefully and make sure your link/URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these terms, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Repeat disregard to these terms will result in your Law of Attraction Traffic being suspended or possibly deleted. Sites Allowed

Non-English sites are welcomed but must follow the terms as outlined in this agreement. If you have any doubts or questions as to whether your site or program is allowable, contact us before promoting it here. Law of Attraction Traffic reserves the right to delete any site that we feel is inappropriate or questionable. Law of Attraction Traffic also reserves the right to suspend or delete any member who violates or repeatedly violates these terms. You are completely responsible for the content you promote using Law of Attraction Traffic. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Law of Attraction Traffic will not be held responsible if any member is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issue. SECTION SEVEN: Making Purchases on Law of Attraction Traffic Until the integration of other payment processors is complete, the purchase of an upgraded membership or downloads are completed solely via PayPal. You may purchase credits, advertising and other services via PayPal or with your Commissions balance. Please note that we are not associated with PayPal and we are not liable for any issues, damages, or losses that may occur in regards to your account with PayPal. SECTION EIGHT: Commissions You earn commissions on your first level, direct referral purchases only. Your commission percentage depends on which member level you are in. Commissions are paid biweekly. All payout requests are verified prior to processing. To be eligible for a commission payout, you must have at least $15 in your balance. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for a cash payout, you may request for your commission balance to be transferred to your LoATBucks balance where you can use it to buy onsite credits and advertising. SECTION NINE: Cancellation/Refund Policy You are free to cancel your upgrade subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month/quarter/year in order to avoid being charged for the next month/quarter/year's subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly/quarterly/annual subscription period. To cancel your subscription, you will need to cancel it through PayPal. If you are unsure how to cancel your subscription through PayPal, contact PayPal for assistance. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH, MID-QUARTER, OR MID-YEAR. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your upgraded membership until the end of the billing cycle. Our system will automatically downgrade your account should your subscription payment fail the billing process. If you had an exclusive or limited edition upgrade (i.e. Founder level, OTO special, etc.) that is no longer available for purchase, you will not have the option to upgrade back to your previous member level and will only be able to choose from what is currently being offered. To prevent this, please ensure your payment source remains valid. Due to the nature of our digital products and services that are delivered instantly, payments made for upgrades, credits, advertising, downloads or any other purchases made on Law of Attraction Traffic are non-refundable. All sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be given. SECTION TEN: Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks Take note for future reference, any purchase on Law of Attraction Traffic will appear as 'Island Time Media Group' on your credit card or bank statement. Any chargeback issued against Law of Attraction Traffic and/or Island Time Media Group will result in the deletion of your Law of Attraction Traffic account and forfeiture of any credits, commissions, account balance and advertising that was in your account at the time of deletion. SECTION ELEVEN: Digital Downloads Unless stated otherwise, any digital download (including but not limited to ebooks, PDFs, courses, videos, etc) that you purchase on Law of Attraction Traffic and/or any digital download that you received for free or as a bonus on Law of Attraction Traffic is intended for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, repackaged and/or resold. While we do our best to secure our digital downloads from reputable sources, we do not run any security checks or scans on them and make no claims to their condition. All digital downloads originate from third party sources and are provided 'As Is' and without warrant. Therefore, Law of Attraction Traffic, their Owner, their Admins, their parent company and their respective employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any glitches, bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, malware, spyware, or the like contained if any of the digital downloads made available on this site. By downloading, viewing and/or using any digital download from Law of Attraction Traffic, you assume all risk. SECTION TWELVE: Surfing The use of programs or "bots" to automatically surf at Law of Attraction Traffic without clicking, or using programs or several windows to surf faster than your timer allows are strictly prohibited, and any member who is found using such a program will be suspended. You must maintain 90% accuracy or better in your clicks or the system will autosuspend your account. SECTION THIRTEEN: Transferring Credits to Downline All members, including Free members, have the ability to transfer credits to their downline. This is a great feature to reward your downline and keep them engaged. The minimum transfer amount is 10 credits. Currently, there is no maximum. Selling of credits to your downline or to other members is strictly prohibited. Any member, upgraded or not, who violates this policy will be suspended or deleted and their credits, advertising, commissions and account balances will be forfeited. SECTION FOURTEEN: Promoting Law of Attraction Traffic You may not promote Law of Attraction Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming, including promoting via unsolicited emailing and/or bulk emailing to anyone who has not opted-in to your list. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other Law of Attraction Traffic promotional material in other traffic exchanges, text ad exchanges, your personal websites, your personal lists that require opt-in and has an opt-out option or on any other advertising spaces that allow it. Promoting Law of Attraction Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming will result in the deletion of your Law of Attraction Traffic account and possible legal action against you. We prefer that you only use the promotional material that we provide to you. If you would like to use your own, unique promo material to advertise Law of Attraction Traffic, you must contact us first for pre-authorization. SECTION FIFTEEN: Social Profile You have the option of setting up a social profile page on Law of Attraction Traffic. With your social profile, you have the ability to post information about yourself and publish your own blog. You can friend other members and leave comments on each other's profile. You acknowledge and agree that any information you post on your social profile page is fully public and viewable not only to any of our members but also to anyone outside of Law of Attraction Traffic, including search engines. Do not post sensitive, personally identifiable information such as your home address, work address, telepone numbers, date of birth, social security number, etc. If you choose to provide any personal information on your profile page, you accept any and all potential consequences of providing such information in a public space. Post at your own risk. For their safety, we prohibit the posting of any photos or likenesses of minors to your social profile or blog, even if they are related to you. However, if you really must post a photo that shows a minor (for example, a new baby announcement or a family reunion photo), please blur out the minor's face or place an emoji over it. Any uncovered photos of minors will be removed. If you come across a social profile on Law of Attraction Traffic displaying an image of a minor (no matter how cute or innocent the photo may be) that does not have the minor's face blurred or covered by an emoji, please send us the link to the profile immediately. Child safety is very important to us. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance in this matter. UPDATE: if the child is wearing a face mask and you cannot make out any distinct features of their face, then that is acceptable and you do not have to blur their face or cover it with an emoji. If you have any concerns or questions regarding photos you would like to post, contact us first. SECTION SIXTEEN: Comments Policy All comments are subject to the terms outlined in this Comment Policy and any commenter in violation of this policy may be suspended at our sole discretion. Do assume that any comment you post on Law of Attraction Traffic is being posted publicly. All comments submitted throughout Law of Attraction Traffic are the responsibility of the individual commenter. By submitting a comment on Law of Attraction Traffic, you agree that the comment content is your own, and to hold Law of Attraction Traffic and all post authors and other commenters harmless. Do not post personal information in comments. If you choose to provide any personal information within your comment, you accept any and all potential consequences of providing such information in a public space. Unsolicited advertising, promoting, recruiting and/or posting links in comments is considered a form of spam and is prohibited. Personal attacks, trolling, harrassing, bullying and/or stalking via comments will not be tolerated on Law of Attraction Traffic. You may question or respectfully debate the content, but not attack the post author, nor any other commenter. Failure to respect the Owner or Admins of Law of Attraction Traffic, as well as fellow members and commenters on this site will result in your account being suspended or deleted. Comments which include offensive or inappropriate language, or considered by the Admins of Law of Attraction Traffic to be rude and offensive, will be deleted and the commenter may be suspended. We reserve the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments. SECTION SEVENTEEN: Chat While you are permitted to advertise non-English sites that do not go against our Terms of Service/Terms of Use, out of respect for the English speaking majority, all comments and conversations in Chat are to be family-friendly and in English. Advertising, promoting, recruiting, posting links, spamming, trolling, harrassing, bullying, stalking and expletives are forbidden in Chat. We provide a Chat area for you to socialize, make new friends and make surfing even more entertaining. Consistent rule-breaking will cause the Chat feature to be disabled. SECTION EIGHTEEN: Private Messaging As with our Chat area, spamming, unsolicted posting of links, promoting, recruiting, trolling, stalking, harrassing and bullying are prohibited via private message. Only send your link or promo info to someone via private message if they have given their explicit consent beforehand. Any reports received of you violating this policy will result in your account being suspended. While your member-to-member messages are private from other members, Admins are able to see them. We do not actively monitor private messages and only review them if we receive a complaint from another member. SECTION NINETEEN: Availability of Service We make every effort possible to keep Law of Attraction Traffic up and running smoothly. We take no responsibility for, and are not liable for, Law of Attraction Traffic becoming temporarily unavailable for any amount of time, regardless of reason. SECTION TWENTY: Prohibited Uses You agree that you will only use Law of Attraction Traffic and our services for the lawful purposes expressly permitted and contemplated by these Terms of Service. You may not use Law of Attraction Traffic and our services for any other purposes without our express written consent. You agree that you will view Law of Attraction Traffic and its content unaltered and unmodified. You acknowledge and understand that you are prohibited from modifying Law of Attraction Traffic or eliminating any of the content of Law of Attraction Traffic, including ads. By using Law of Attraction Traffic you expressly agree to accept advertising served on and through Law of Attraction Traffic and to refrain from using ad blocking software or to disable ad blocking software before visiting Law of Attraction Traffic. You agree that you will not use or attempt to use any method, device, software or routine to harm others or interfere with the functioning of Law of Attraction Traffic or use and/or monitor any information in or related to Law of Attraction Traffic for any unauthorized purpose. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD US HARMLESS AND OUR SITE OWNER, OUR ADMINS, IT'S PARENT COMPANY, THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY US OR ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER US, SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES. To maintain our services in a manner we deem appropriate for our business and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Law of Attraction Traffic may, but will not have any obligation to, review, monitor, display, reject, refuse to post, store, maintain, accept or remove any content posted (including, without limitation, private messages, public comments, public group chat messages, private group chat messages or private instant messages) by you, and we may, in our sole discretion, delete, move, re-format, remove or refuse to post or otherwise make use of content without notice or any liability to you or any third party in connection with our operation of Law of Attraction Traffic in an appropriate manner. Without limitation, we may do so to address content that comes to our attention that we believe is offensive, obscene, violent, harassing, threatening, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate, or to enforce the rights of third parties or these Terms of Service or any applicable additional terms, including, without limitation, the content restrictions set forth herein. However, we may not undertake to review content before it is posted on Law of Attraction Traffic, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable content after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or non-performance of the activities described in this section. SECTION TWENTY TWO: No Waiver of Rights Our failure to enforce any rights granted in this Terms of Service/Terms of Use or to take action against any other party in the event of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver by us as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches. SECTION TWENTY THREE: Account Termination Policy If you violate this Terms of Service/Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can and will terminate your access to Law of Attraction Traffic. SECTION TWENTY FOUR: Site Owner/Admin Abuse Verbal abuse against the Owner and Admins of Law of Attraction Traffic will not be tolerated. If you are rude, nasty, vulgar, use expletives and/or are otherwise offensive to our staff, you will receive one warning and a reference to this Terms of Service/Terms of Use policy. If you continue to be disrespectful, your account will be suspended (or deleted, depending on severity). If your account is deleted due to your severe verbal abuse, you will lose all credits, advertising, commissions, downloads and account balance without refund or compensation. Your IP will be blocked, you will be banned from all sites owned by, operated by and associated with Law of Attraction Traffic and Island Time Media Group and you could possibly face legal action. I am 1000% serious! Please be polite and respectful in your communication with us. Also keep in mind that we may be in different times zones as well as have varying life schedules and obligations. We make every effort to respond to support queries in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated. SECTION TWENTY FIVE: Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property Law of Attraction Traffic respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that you do the same. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. Law of Attraction Traffic operates a clear Copyright Policy in relation to any content alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party. SECTION TWENTY SIX: DMCA We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders, and thus will comply with the Notice and Takedown provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
